Python Windows Deployment

Converting Python code to a Windows executable is fun.
>>> fun = "Not fun!"
>>> if fun:
>>>    print(fun)
>>> Not fun!

Since I'm using Python 3 and PyQt5, the best tool to use, Pyinstaller, doesn't work yet and Py2exe still only supports Python 2. So, let's try cx-freeze  . I was able to get it to work great from my laptop, but it totally failed when trying to freeze the same program on another computer. Ugh! I'll figure that one out later.

Playing with Python and PyQt, I re-coded my Clipboard project using them. The process is more complicated than writing an HTA and HTAs do not work on Linux. So... since my main system is a Linux box.... Time to start making things cross-platform.

Tech's Toolbox
Just about ready to release Tech'sToolbox for folks to play with. I am currently testing it, cleaning up some code, fixing bugs. I hope someone other than me and my small group of tech buddies has some use for it.

Just finished a set of tutorials for java programming using the "test first" method. It's a little hard to follow since you never really see any actual out-put until the end. Here is a link to the main project page. LINK
